Inventory hidden panel work
A control panel may create web-server rules, database users, mail routing, DNS records, cron jobs, backups, certificates, and filesystem permissions. Export each layer instead of copying only the document root.
Record which functions will move to the new host and which will remain external. Mail and DNS often need their own migration windows.

Rebuild from declarations
Create versioned configuration for services that were previously represented only by switches in a dashboard. Test redirects, upload permissions, scheduled commands, backup retention, and renewal paths on the destination.
Keep panel access until the new environment survives one certificate check, backup cycle, and scheduled-job cycle.
Compare the exported panel inventory with the destination and account for every domain, database, mailbox, job, certificate, and backup policy.
